@Gibbon If you won the lottery, you would:
Be taxed on your winnings
Be taxed on your Social Security
Have to Pay your outstanding debts plus late penalties
Lose pension benefits
Repay the Social Security you have received over the years + interest
And Still Owe for the Money you won but won't receive plus interest and penalties.
