My routine for 2024

2024 is a new year and new beginnings so I decided to give myself a good kick up the arse.

I wake in the morning and do my work out which includes sit ups and weights to get rid of the saggy skin I kindly received after losing 3st too quickly lol, not very attractive as you can imagine.

Then I go make my coffee and add my lions mane to it along with taking all my healthy supplements, I then make a smoothie which is based on protein, milk and one banana.

Then I meditate if my dogs let me and don鈥檛 spend most of the time looking out the window barking at nothing 馃槀.

I then journal and use positive affirmations to set me up for the day, now sometimes this order of routine can vary as let鈥檚 be honest we all have busy lives right?

I am going to try keep up these healthy habits!! Wish me luck lol 馃ぃ

I take lions mane too and it is very good. Good luck with keeping up your 2024 habits! I鈥檓 sure it will work as it sounds like a good daily routine to fall into. My weekday morning routine is almost identical.
