I hate new year
I used to post on Experience Project all the time, but have never really got to grips with similar worlds so thought I'd revisit it.
I hate new year, the crossover at midnight when 1 year leaves and another begins gives me the worst feelings. Like impending doom, letting go of a part of your life you can't ever get back. I'm not really sure why, but the older I get the more amplified it feels.
I've spent many happy new years eves doing things with friends and family over the years but that rarely happens anymore. My more current new year experiences involve being let down by men and obviously like the rest of the world the constant headache that is Covid.
Well here we are either way, a new year, a new chapter I'm going to at least try and make every moment count.
