I Never Make New Year's Resolutions

New year resolutions are stupid. The reason people fail at their resolutions is because they don't want to change bad enough. The truth is if they really wanted to make the changes bad enough they would do it now instead of waiting till the new year.
And then when they fail they have to wait till next year to try again?

such a judgaholic you are. MANY MANY of us make resolutions and are quite successful...perhaps you haven't met any of us ...yet. The new year is a clean slate to write on. It makes sense that people want to start a new year in healthier ways. Nothing wrong with it. As in every situation like this...some fail, some do not, some make it half way which is better than nothing. That is not stupid

I want to challenege you. dont wait till the new year To live in a healthier way. Make the changes now. I see no good reason to wait. And if you only make it half way don't wait till next year to try again. Get right back on the horse.@Fernie

@Dom987654321 I really don't need to be preached to or taught anything dear. You do not know me...you know nothing about me or what I have done in my life or when. I do not accept your ridiculous challenge. Leave people alone to do things their own way. Your way is just that...YOUR way...it is not the right way.

@Fernie you were right when you said I was a judgaholic.
Go ahead and wait till the new year then to make the changes you need to in your life.

so, those are degrees on your mancave wall of all the years of psychology and ivy league studies in social sciences?

and in the bathroom that's the license to practice psychiatry?
Dom987654321 · 51-55, M
@sighmeupforthat no, that's from using what should be common sense.
Dom987654321 · 51-55, M
@sighmeupforthat I have taken a few psychology courses in college but that's irrelevant.

New year resolutions are nothing more than an excuse we made to put off making the important changes in our lives we need to make now. We should make resolutions every day.
