I Have A New Years Resolution

I am prepared for the new year. I started the New year on my own, in a spotless house watching TV with popcorn ad a fizzy drink. I usually would be with people or have gone out but I have tonsillitis and have no intention of spreading it! So after a nap, and after feeling a bit better rather than whining like I usually would about being stuck home alone, I tidied the house (something I rarely do) The whole house is spotless all my chores are done and I got myself a drink of lemonade (rather than alcohol) some salted popcorn and sat on the sofa just enjoying my own company. Start as you mean to go on, I look forward to this year and to my recovery from tonsillitis ha-ha need my energy back so I can get this year started!
