I Believe Children Should Have Presents To Open At X-mas

Bit of a 'no brainer' for me.....

Naturally, children love to open presents, especially at Xmas. Although, for some people, Christmas is seen as the day Christ was born, and thus a religious day, I think more people see it as a family time of year....

Making it all about the children is what I tend to do each and every year....

...and has been scientifically proven, Christ's birthday, if he ever did exist, was more around September than Deciember....

Very true and even more weird is Easter jumping from one month to another yearly lol

Of course!!! And, I think that's just a fun time for an Easter egg hunt for my children.....

So....as long as they're enjoying it and having fun that's the main thing....

Exactly,I'm in no way religious so far better have fun in these days than look unhappy and pretend they don't exist lol

Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon, after the Spring equinox. Traditionally it was a pagan holiday called Ostara to celebrate the goddess Eostre whose symbol was a bunny.

So what's it made such a big song and dance over in religion as it means it's not a religious festival from what your saying surely
SW-User
@Sueisright: no, Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Halloween were all originally pagan celebrations, even a lot of the ways they are celebrated are pagan. As Christianity took over the old pagan dates and traditions stuck. It's the stories which changed. Historians call it the invention of tradition.
