Workers were so used to receiving Christmas bonuses!

That they made a movie about how ridiculous it would be to not receive one!

I have family that lives abroad, and they all still get the Christmas bonus!

Before the age of layoffs kicked off in the 80s where companies realized they can make money by constantly shedding staff there was this notion of company loyalty back to the workers. That is -gone-.
