Yes, we do. Last few years my boyfriend's hosted it. My boss pays for all the food and drink and we have it at his home.

When I was working, our company always had a festive Holiday Party during the Christmas season. Since we had people of multiple faith traditions and no faith, we kept it secular.

we take our people and their spouses to a nice restaurant for an enjoyable evening and hand out Christmas bonuses

Previous job b4 i retired gave no party, no bonuses, nothing. In fact they closed up the last week of the year and didnt pay for that week.

In none of the places where I worked - during a lifetime in Hospitality - did we ever have staff functions until mid-January!

Tool shop i worked in took all out for a big meal 🦋

Yes - and only I attend.

Formal wear, tuxes, gowns, etc. But that was a long time ago, when I had a regular job.
