For the house itself, I imagine it's a bit unusual for movies to be filmed using the interior AND exterior of the same house.
I do not really keep up with the housing market, just in passing from things I hear.
From what people or the news acts like, $5.25 million doesn't even seem like a real steep figure.
I thought a one bedroom shack in a bad neighborhood would cost like one million.
More than I could ever afford either way.
For real though, some property listings be like, "A true fixer-upper. No utilities, smells like a horse's backside. $675,000.
