Today I like to wish for my friends in Greenland a Happy Christmas period. I was recently shocked to hear that certain highly important personages in the United States don't even know that you have a fully independent station, have your own seperate language and culture, and do celebrate Christmas there. Too bad!

@AthrillatheHunt The country's status was changed to an Overseas Country and Territory (OCT) associated with the EU, a dependent territory that has a special relationship with a member state of the EU. Greenland is and will remain a full member of the Council of Europe and NATO.
@AthrillatheHunt No, American Samoa is an unincorporated territory of the United States. This means that its residents are U.S. nationals. Greenland is an independent and autonomous country within the Kingdom of Denmark.
