@Archiesgirl: at least it wasn't an circle jerk. ...getting ready fo shoulders I actually do that during shoulder workout not that much weight though:)

@Goralski: lol, that's what I did and not a lot of weight, the gym was pretty empty, I was just hoping I didn't knock myself out. I didn't, so score!
