So, This Is Christmas
As we approach this holiday season there remains millions the world over who continue to languish hopelessly in a desperate search for peace, fellowship, and goodwill toward all. Trapped in senseless tragedies perplexed by the insatiable appetite of leader's thirst for power, control and wealth. For they are the ones who continue to thwart any hope of joy and peace that this holiday season ought to bring.
For those who defined a simpler time many can recall the tempo that the music of the 40's and 50's brought in invoking the spirit of the holiday season. So sad today that our society has succumbed to a harshness and more intolerant view where Merry Christmas has given way to Happy Holidays. It is though the whole world has become more materialized forging ahead displacing a time long since remembered.
The cultures of different nations all share a common bond. Many are as different as night and day. We are all born with the innate will and ability to embrace one another. Yet, there remains intolerant attitudes imbedded in the up bringing of many youths. This has brought on the imbalances that have caused so many needless and senseless causalities to humanity. What is transpiring in Ukraine and the Mid-East are all part of a global transformation where mankind is nowhere capable or ready to accept.
Some may argue that the world is spinning out of control: they may be right. When we have traditions long held in esteem are replaced with intolerant views of other cultures and esteemed traditions as our society has succumbed to, we just may have lost our humanity and humility toward all of mankind.
