I Do Love Xmas
In the main, I've always enjoyed the family Christmas.
When I was younger, it was me and my sister's, my grandmother and her partner and it was all about food, drink, fun - board games, television as well as just general chit chat.
Lots of laughs, dad was always the life and soul of the party, which if you knew my dad you'd know that it wasn't a regular thing. Xmas he was always relaxed.
Of course, there were presents too. Watching the younger members of the fam just so excited on ripping the paper off; oh, priceless!
Last year I had a big fall out with my mum, very early in the year, and so I spent Xmas with my Great Aunt, Amber, who I now live with. It was lovely and all, but not quite the same.
I did see mum, over the Xmas period, which went ok, but I'm still staying with my Great Aunt this year.
