Not too bad -- and later, first the first time in my life I'm having Christmas goose for the meal. Read about goose for years as traditional Christmas eating, never had it until today.

For Christmas I think I've always had turkey -- maybe ham once or twice. And I've had quail, squab, Cornish game hen, pheasant, and duck at one time or another -- but never goose. So, here's hoping it tastes good. My wife has had it, and she's doing the cooking today.
