@LunarOrbit I make double batches.. 3and3/4 cup of sugar 1and 1/2 cup of corn syrup 1cup of water. I use candy thermometer... on medium heat... stir all the ingredients till sugar is dissolved. Place thermometer in, let it boil slowing till Hard Crack..300degrees....pull off heat and Add food color..drop by drop 6..8 drops and 2drams of LorAnn oil. Stir, be safe..will melt skin... I pour my hot mixture into a 13脳9 cake pan or lg. Cookie sheet...lined with patted down powder sugar...on bottom and on sides...let cool...crack with back of spoon...store in baggy. 馃槉
