i'm usually looking forward to christmas but with everything that has happened this year i just can;t be bothered this year xx

My daughter in similar to you went to Europe for a degree and stayed. She is unable to come home we are not even decorting

All mine have said not to bother.
All planning on staying home and not meeting.

Feel sorry more for the kids than the grownups.
You like to try and give them good memories of Christmas especially when they’re young

We put up our tree yesterday...very early but we wanted to make the most of it after this crappy year.

It certainly doesn't have that same holiday spirit in the air.

I’m going to go see my parents. I’m taking precautions and staying safe in the meantime. But at this point, I don’t want to miss any holidays with them.
