@AT20rt How about some gingerbread pancakes?
(roughly 8 pancakes)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 TBS dark brown sugar
1 heaping tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves

1 egg
1 cup milk
