I Love Christmas

18 hungry people enjoyed tonight, at my home:

Giant white beans in tomato sauce;

fried eggplants in tomato sauce;

stuffed grape leaves with rice;

Chinese cabbage fried in roasted sesame oil;

Taboulé salad (couscous);

Tomatoes with olive oil and rosemary;

Bell peppers filled with cream cheese and garlic;

Roasted white bread;

Black olives;

"Mountain" lentils;

Sauce Arabbiata;

Lettuce and cucumbers;

Greek sheep cheese;

Harissa (very very hot chilli sauce);

Many many spices (for example "Zhough", a mixture of spices from Jemen);

[b]no meat[/b];

chocolate chips.

German Beer, Czech beer, Italian red whine, French red whine; pure spring water.

[b]Merry Christmas everybodyyyy![/b]
