I Think Christmas Is a Really Sad Time For a Lot of People

Another year of being alone for Christmas. I mean it's nice to spend time with my family but for once I like to spend it with a friend or even someone special to me.

I hear you. I've been homeless last Christmas. Pretty sad. But I learned something. I had to overcome that sorrow and that sense of hopelessness. Achieving is all about perspective. Though, I may have been viewed as a loser for being homeless, but that sad experience is what made me more grateful, wiser, and stronger. This season doesn't have to be so sad. I came to realize that it was me who was the culprit for my sadness. I manifested that sadness without conscious effort until I figured out that I had to shift my perspective in order to rise.

@AkAtSUki Sounds good that you shifted your perspective. I had to learn it the hard way. I mean, I always do.

@clampsin better to learn it the hard way than no way
