I Am Spending My First Christmas Alone

I didn't think I would survive it. But I did. It was quiet and uneventful but I made it through the day without crying. Maybe next year will be better. Maybe next Christmas won't be so quiet. 💔

I most likely will be alone again, too.

It is not something that bothers me, since I do not celebrate it.

What bothers me is being alone all the time for most days. Oh yes, I get out in the world and interact with coworkers and strangers. But I have no friends. Other than on here.

🤗 I'm sorry. I know that quiet feeling can be unsettling, but, it's really just another day. And you should be good to yourself regardless of what else is going on in the world.

And maybe next year won't be so alone, but if it is, at least you know you can do it! 💙
