My holiday photos literally made me sick. Even tho I’ve lost 8kg I’m still disgusted with my appearance.

Like why can’t I just be happy and try enjoy myself on holiday without looking like a fat disgusting blob.

I can’t even keep them pictures to show my kids or grand kids now. I literally look like a whale 🐋
