Happy holidays to everyone and good luck with the cold

Whether you celebrated Hanukkah, celebrate Christmas, Yule, or something else all together or nothing at all I hope the spirit of the season brings you faith, love, peace, and joy. It’s a magical time of the year including new years but I do hate the extreme cold snow and ice. A dusting of snow that melts by morning once is ok but I would rather celebrate Christmas in a somewhat warmer climate like humid subtropical, ( can still get snow depending but not as much) Mediterranean, semi-arid to arid climate ( desert and mess steppe climates can get snow depending on elevation ) I would rather be somewhere where it is about 50-60/65 during the afternoon and 30-45 overnight still cold but tolerably cold during the winter. We got 20s and 30s here before winter even officially hit and single digits to tens at night. Yikes Arctic cold makes it really uncomfortable to be outside for long. No matter how layered you are and even with thermals and double layers including socks and sheepskin boots or even triple under a cold weather coat, scarf , hat and gloves. I dress like it’s winter and cold weather up to 75/80 degrees. Then it’s transitional attire and footwear for me. I live in Massachusetts but I should live somewhere like the American southwest, the southeast/central region, or west coast California. I like seasons but the fall spring and summer. Not the brutal northern winters. So that rules outside upper Rocky Mountain west and Midwest regions too and northeast to live. But I’m stuck here for a while because of my mental health conditions and needing services and. Needing health insurance called mass health and recovering from cancer. But happy. Holidays to everyone. May your lives be blessed with joy, love, peace, and prosperity. I also pray for our fellow people and animals who are struggling and in a rough patch right now or have been for a long time. May hope never leave you. Happy holidays
