Happy Eid to those celebrating!!

This is the first Eid in Algeria in my entire life during which Algeria will be not be celebrating with Saudi Arabia at the same time. It will be on Monday which gives me more time to message people to not visit me.

I have really bad respiratory infection. Like incredibly bad. It got worse the past two days after being fairly manageable . And I certainly don't want to give it to other people. I also don't want to be wearing my mask at home. All day I am breathing my own germs at work wearing full protective equipment and making it worse. I want to at least have some time to recover.

We never celebrate the same time as Saudi so it's Monday for me too. We go by moroccan sightings

Hope you take the time to rest and feel better soon
@HijabaDabbaDoo That's interesting to know about Morocco but makes sense. Paris and Istanbul celebrates tomorrow like Saudi. Egypt on Monday.
@PiecingBabyFaceTogether I say we but there's a distinct difference between school of thoughts with south Asians, to the point many perceieve them as different sect. It's not the same with Arabs but when I say wahhabi, it's a different sect.
A lot of wahhabis desis follow Saudi, and the Sunnis (of the berelivi movement) follow Morocco.

Just felt like giving more context because we do have people that follow Saudi too lol
@HijabaDabbaDoo That's even more interesting haha I heard that in Libya their former crazy president Ghadaffi would order his country to celebrate Eid a day after Saudi just became he does not like them, not sure if it's exactly true but he was special and no one would argue with him, kinda like Trump.
