So next week I will be staying with my parents for the Christmas period and on top of that I have toothache (swollen face included) so will be going for a root canal.
The above means my wife and I won't be assembling the Christmas tree BUT we do have a mini one which is up, not quite as glorious as my parents one 😅

@Musicman Having said that one time during a root canal they ran out of local anaesthetic and I had the last part of the root canal without it- that is a major that contributed to my pain threshold.
@BritishFailedAesthetic My dad would sit it the dentist chair with no novacaine. That is definitely not me. I need novacaine just to walk in the office. Lol!!! 😂
@BritishFailedAesthetic When he had arthroscopic knee surgery they just numbed the knee and he watched the procedure and chatted with the doctor the entire time. That is so not me.
