Thinking about Thanksgiving dinner

I’m testing foods I can eat right now to see if I’ll be able to enjoy Thanksgiving with my family this year. I’m so limited lately on what I can eat, and how much. Stuffing and mashed potatoes are both safe. 🥹 I’m so glad, and I hope it’ll stay like that till the end of the month at least. Corn and green beans should be safe. I’m hoping for a sliver of pumpkin pie, but I want to risk for a bit of cheesecake too. 😬 (can’t eat dairy because it hurts my stomach)

Hmmm... I'm not sure about the corn sister but certainly green beans. Corn I think would be much harder to digest but maybe you can eat some creamed corn. At any rate, I pray you will be able to eat exactly what you want to eat and really enjoy your time with your family. As always, my prayers are with you each day. 🥰❤🙏🤗
@LadyGrace You may be right. 😅 Creamed corn is also pretty good though. I wouldn’t mind that. Thank you so much for your prayers. 🥰
@Colonelmustardseed you're very welcome. I can't eat corn either, with my Crohn's. But in my heart I will be celebrating with you, on Thanksgiving. I pray you have the best time ever.
