@ArtieKat I actually do the same because I never have any kids anyway so I don't buy candy. I turn off the outside light so they will know.

@CookieCrisp I know I feel bad, but I live on a street with only 4 houses and it's out of the way and the kids don't come.

@JimboSaturn what you do is buy the full size candy bars and put some decorations out, if any kid dares to make their way to your house they get the jackpot

@CookieCrisp The first year there were few kids, so I thought it would be a good idea to stand outside my house saying "hey kiddies I have candy!" but that didn't sound so good.

@CookieCrisp Another reason I don't because over the years I've had usually 12 dogs in my house that bark everytime the door bell rings lol

@Adrift I have diabetes - I keep away from sweets :-)

@ArtieKat Aw.. they do have diabetic candy but the taste and the fart factor probably wouldn't be worth it.

@Adrift AMC has slashers on 24/7 all month. I keep it on as background noise
