Eostre / Easter is now "trans day of Visibility" apparently.

How many days do trans people need to pat themselves on the backs for doing nothing?
Its bad enough that Christians long ago hijacked this holiday but now trans people or to be more specific, trans activists are now trying to hijack it and make it all about them.

Happy Eostre everyone and fuck "trans day of Visibility"

It is this mentality of hey look at me, I’m this “protected class “, and I’m so important.
No, you’re not so important. But your “visibility”’ is promoted by activists and politicians for their, not your aggrandizement.
@soar2newhighs Several states have passed laws against gender care, so it's actually affecting real peoples' lives.

If you want an issue that is being promoted by activists and politicians for their own aggrandizement, look no further than the legislators falling all over themselves in their eagerness to outlaw abortion.

@LeopoldBloom you mean for children. Funny how you seemingly forgot to mention that..
As for abortion, good on the politicians trying to ban it. They doing something right for a change
@LeopoldBloom I never raised the issue of “ gender care” . You did, which you might want to spell out as to exactly what it is and what it entails.
Nor did I raise the issue of abortion. You did.

@soar2newhighs what i assume he is talking about is several states banning gender care to children. Which is a great thing. Should never have been allowed in the first place
@Torsten Let him explain his comment. But as I said I did not raise that issue.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@soar2newhighs he clearly aint going to explain it. There is a obvious reason why. Like i said what he is talking about is that it wont be allowed for children anymore. There is nothing negative about that at all

@soar2newhighs The OP was engaging in his usual bleating about trans people, which he finds threatening for some odd reason. Gender care is fundamental to the entire trans debate as without it, trans people don't exist.
Torsten · 36-40, M
@LeopoldBloom wait so if trans people can not surgically or chemically alter their bodies, the dont exist according to you?

@LeopoldBloom they dont need that medical treatment at all. What they need is a better form of treatment that treats the underlaying issue of gender dysphoria.
You dont treat schizophrenics by indugling in their fantasies or others who want healthy limbs cut off because they feel it shouldnt be there, yet people like you would try and have us all believe that body mutilation is the only way.
Granted if youre a adult and you wish to mutilate your body, i could care less. When people like you bring chidlren into this, thats where i wont be silent over it.
Call me bigoted all you like. If being bigoted means to protect children from adult predators pushing a agenda on them, i will proudly wear that label

@LeopoldBloom more qualified than you for sure especially when it comes to mental illnesses due to actually being qualified to work in that field.
And no you do not play along with schizophrenics delusions. Its amusing how little you actually know yet you actually think you know a lot.
If all it took to cure gender dysphoria was medication, you would not see so many trans people suicidal after srs, and dont give me that leftist nonsense that its due to not bejng accepted.
Imo what should be done is much more therapy and a lot less mutilation. Its people like you that give them false hope that surgeries will make everything better for them and after they have those surgeries thats far from the case and thats not even getting into the horrid side effects of it all.

I am 100% against circumcision and have spoke about that many times on here. Youre absolutely wrong once again
@Torsten The anti-trans bigots here don't even want them to get therapy.

A tiny percentage of trans people who have gender reassignment surgery regret it. Same for some people who have tattoos, nose jobs, and other procedures. Should we outlaw those too?
Torsten · 36-40, M
@LeopoldBloom i dont believe that for a second and you got the data to prove that claim of yours?
With transgender ideology being pushed on more and more people including children, there are a lot more people now who detransition and its not some minor thing like you try and claim
@Torsten I'm going by the laws Republican legislatures are passing, which you may not be aware of since you don't live here and this may not be reported where you are.

Depending on how you define "detransitioning," maybe 1% of trans people detransition. Around 50% of people who have weight loss surgery experience mild (35%) to severe (15%) regret. Of course, as a fatphobic you probably think weight loss surgery is wonderful and fat people should be forced to undergo it by law.
