Love to find a quiet peaceful spot for.our break. Enjoy days walking exploring. Swimming if warm enougb and finding little tea rooms before relaxing under the stars in hot tub

We normally do country breaks tbh
We get up pretty early. Hit the nature trails have a pub lunch, explore the trails more lol
Then normally ear around 6-7 then post drinks 😅

Were both love hiking and nature so its our main thing to do if not cycling or kayaking

@BritishFailedAesthetic ah no! Ya gotta encourage her! We kinda ebb each other like look how much youre missing out on lol 😆
@Gangstress That's a good way to do it!

@BritishFailedAesthetic Mine isn't either. I have to have my adventures with my guy friends
and some gals. I have done hiking, back packing, rock climbing, mountaineering, and
canyoneering for decades. Now I'm in my mid sixties, and prefer 4 wheeling in crazy
places like Colorado and Utah. specifically Moab Utah. If you ever come to the U.S.
check out Moab, it's like no other place on earth.

My wife and I usually take the RV out for weekends away. We explore wherever we are. See the sights and try the restaurants. Then at night we usually watch a movie in the RV. 🙂

@DogMan I have seen the pictures. It is good seeing the lakes and rivers full again, but all that flooding in between sucked! 💔😢
DogMan · 61-69, M
@Musicman Brianhead ski resort in the mountains near Cedar City got over 30ft of snow over
the winter. It is still melting. It feeds the creeks, and the Virgin river, which goes into Lake Mead,
north of the Colorado river. Even Mt. Charleston, outside of Las Vegas, still has snow on the peaks.

Today it's only going to hit 88 degrees in LV, it is at least the second record this year for lowest high daily temp. A gal in my office just said that we have set a record for the longest time that
we were below normal temps. Today is the 288th day. I hope it continues for many years.
I wonder if this is man made? 🤔 They said it was during 2020 & 2021 when it was above
average.

@DogMan Oh wow! 😳 Snow in June. It is summer here all year long. Today is our average 93 and sunny. They say we average 300 days of sunshine a year. We are starting to enter our rainy season. That is where every afternoon it usually rains for 15 to 20 minutes then it's sunny again.

I usually go to the South East Coast UK for a weekend as it’s not too far but in the winter I like city breaks and Center Parcs. I like the spa when I go to Center parcs. Usually eat anytime between 7 and 8.30pm wherever I go. Always have a pre dinner drink somewhere. If I have a view and it’s warm I will sit and read my book (if outside) if in a hotel will usually watch tv once it’s late and no longer light. In just over 2 weeks I’ll be staying in Southampton in a hotel with a pub and garden, ready to catch my cruise to Norway the next day. Always go for a walk where I can.
@SW-User Sounds great! Went to Southampton with some friends for a mate's birthday! If you're a beer drinker please try the dancing man brewery! You will not regret it!

And what a great way to go to a Country!

How many sunny days per month in the U.K.? I live in Las Vegas Nevada, I hate the sun.
I love rainy/cloudy days. We get about 2 per year, sadly.
@DogMan Not many!
Musicman · 61-69, M
@DogMan Try Seattle Washington. It rains there all the time.
