I'm thinking about making matzo ball soup but putting bacon fat in the matzo balls to give it some flavor 🤔

Where can I get kosher bacon fat ?

If you feel that bacon is one preservative-laden, mass-produced trend we were better off without, you’d be in good company with the folks at DC-based Kol Foods offering kosher, organic and environmentally-friendly beef and lamb bacon through their website. Both are 100% grass fed and nitrate free.
