how to not feel anger and bitterness towards those that could help you but do not

[c=359E00][i]i mean online, people who could answer your posts and help you and validate you, but they don't do ? i feel anger towards these people at times....because they could respond to my posts and help but they choose not to like little rabbits and stay silent.....i know i can't force people to do what they don't want to do but i still feel annoyed.[/i][/c]
