Its genetics no so much diet. Also lifestyle.
I have found that although ppl think its just an excuse at least 50% of your weight and looks are determined by genetics.
I'e seen super fat parents have super fat babies and while the baby is still only on milk he's 30% larger than other babies.

@REMsleep I agree with that. My mother and grandmothers were overweight and that’s why everything I put in my mouth makes my A bigger 🙄
