Is it safe to conclude that people who no longer appear in my feed have muted me?

No. SW show us what we see based on the stats they gather....just like FB does, so they show us what they assume we want to see based on what we have previously looked at. BUT.....as we can only see what they choose to show us, we see less aad less all the time.!!!! I have acoupke of hundred peeps listed as friend, but i only actally get to see posts from a handful of those peeo!

The feed is fucked. No other way to put it...🙄

I don't think they muted me.

I've found that my feed shows posts of the profiles that I click on. So if I click on profiles that don't post frequently, my feed gets really boring.

Nah. If they post something and you don't respond to it they seem to disappear from the top line and also their questions begin to not show up.
Algorithm thing.

It would be fun if the query that populates the feed is something as simple as:

... WHERE (RAND() < 0.5)

Everyone losing their mind trying to figure out how it works, and then it's just random 🥴

Tbh one time I muted someone for a few months and they thought that I had them blocked all that time so it could be 😅
