Need some ideas for my following tools wall transplant

I want to transfer all my existing diy tools wall i diy from the 3 unmatch size board into single recessed panel door i pick up from someone disposed in roro bin.But the door have 8 recessed panel with uneven surface intervent the hanging bracket layout,i dont want cut small wood block to fill the blank it will be messy.Any ideas how i can perfectly switch all the tools brackets and attatchment transplant to new door that adopt with the recessed curve pattern. The existing is not bad just but its made of chipboard of different size so that i think all back board in one single unit solid wood is much better.

Hmmm, it's hard to really say from pics. Just cant tell what will dit where. Off the top of my head? Install peg board into the recessess and hang the tools with peg board hangers.

Not to be a dick or discourage you, but this mighr be one of those things that sounds like a better plan in theory than it will be in practice. You might actually have an easier time getting the clean and tailored look your desiring just making something out of some pine trim boards and saving the door for another project..
