I need your opinion...I'm having a

vapor barrier put in my crawlspace. A friend of mines husband was going to do it. He said he'd do a good job and it wouldn't cost too much. He gave me a price of 2,600.00 . That's just to lay the barrier and his labor. He then tells me the barrier is about 150.00 each roll and would need 2-3. That comes up to a total of 450.00. So he is making 2,150.00 I almost dropped dead. He said it would take 3-4 hours. So he's making 537.00 an hour. Does this sound right?
