That means Do It Yourself. In other words, when you need to get something fixed you try to figure out how to fix it, instead of paying someone else to.

In my case it means mixing up hand sanitizer for use at work. I didn't realize my coworkers would need so much, so I had to make some. It's nice and green because of the aloe vera gel, and it took me a while to mix it properly into just the right consistency.
