Actually the new Barbie movie maybe more insidious than I was initially led to believe....

I naturally assumed that because it's Barbie, the message of the movie would be salutary and wholesome as for generations, Barbie has provided young girls with a charming template to which aspire and emulate.

However, I'm hearing more and more that it's a vehicle to indoctrinate the young with feminism ideological beliefs and feminist cynical sneering.

Has anyone actually seen it yet?

@JSul3 I think that[b][i] Rulership[/i][/b] is the problem. the [i]Patriarchy[/i] has been a disaster for millennia. to use the same toxic structure, of hierarchical abuse an institutional bigotry, will continue to malfunction even if Women were in charge of it. Tho I think it would be more benign than it is with men, it is the structure itself that is badly formed, no[i] matter who is in charge of it[/i]
