@Fernie: I disagree in my experience here, but I don't doubt that to be the case in many places elsewhere. There are some dispensaries around here with plenty of fine deals, and always walk away with a decent amount of free edibles or pre-rolled joints. Good times.

@Fernie: Ah yes, I've heard East Coast prices in general aren't super great. I'm over in CA, long way off. That can't be pleasant to deal with.

@UndeadPrivateer: We voted yes in this state to legalize it for recreational use...won by a landslide but the powers that be...the conservatives...are doing everything possible to drag it out...saying communities refuse to allow the dispensaries in their neighborhoods which I think is BS...city people know weed is not going to make people kill, rape, steal....when the old white boys die...maybe then it'll happen

@Fernie: Ugh, that's gotta be frustrating. The degree to which propaganda on cannabis has circulated and found root is kind of disturbing on many levels when you get into the history of it. But people are gullible, I suppose, as is on full display these days.

@Peaches: First time I went up there I still had long hair, second time was after I was already bald and shaving my head. Both times were through a bunch of small towns with a final stop in Portland. The dirty looks followed through the whole time. 🤷
