I slept all day yesterday. Went to sleep at 10:00 barely rolled out of bed this morning at 6:30, yo be fair the alarm went off at 6:00

I spent a week solid working from 7:00 to pretty much 7:00 pm. Not in a store or inside. Outside physical yard labor. I'm in recovery mode right now. I could easily go right back to sleep
