Does anyone here know how to make Sceted Oils?

I have had a long while a Jasmine tree. When it blooms the smell is quite incredible. I was hoping someone in here would know how I might process this lovely scent to place in a bottle for personal use.
What kind of oil I should buy to make this creation I desire?

Different methods, I only know of two.
1. You take the petals of what ever it is you like, let them dry, crush them into a super fine powder, and blend it in with what ever oils you wish, olive oil, and grapeseed like or generally good for this.
2 Take the petals, or the part of the plant that is most fragrant, suxh as the fruits of fruit bearing trees, or the bark of something like a cinnamon tree, press it with (old methods were to put it in cheese cloth and twist it until the resins and or oils began to seep out.
Then, again, blend it with a base oil.
