Does anyone here know how to make Sceted Oils?

I have had a long while a Jasmine tree. When it blooms the smell is quite incredible. I was hoping someone in here would know how I might process this lovely scent to place in a bottle for personal use.
What kind of oil I should buy to make this creation I desire?

Yes I Googled and found a video. WHEW! That's a lot of work. No wonder it's so expensive! But I have been wanting to do this many years. My tree only blooms after a heavy rain. And we have had a rather WET summer. Thankyou.
