Is torture a science or an art?

a little bit of both I assume.

I think it's a matter of where you fit in the dynamic

Some consider it art, especially with artists who use it as inspiration

an unfortunate case of both. like medicine in reverse.

Im going to say science..im an art lover,let's not taint it tonight 😞

to some... if one thinks war is art.. like what has been written.

otherwise it's more or less the taxing of the civilian and praise to the military credo that will always have us deteriorating with long centuries lost of investing into the human legacy...
