No. I am a boss, and you don't motivate with fear. you motivate by getting people to own their jobs. Give them input.

I'd be having an out of body experience because I work for myself and mostly alone. My friend helps me but she signed a sub contract which included "this is not a master slave relationship" and she's her own boss etc. So no boss, no one to fire except myself so fingers crossed I stay mentally stable and avoid firing myself haha
