@Possibility: You ask them what they think. Figure out what they should do together. Come up with a plan, together. Then you can teach them or have them learn the stuff they don't know.

I'd be having an out of body experience because I work for myself and mostly alone. My friend helps me but she signed a sub contract which included "this is not a master slave relationship" and she's her own boss etc. So no boss, no one to fire except myself so fingers crossed I stay mentally stable and avoid firing myself haha
