I'd guess I'd fall in that category. I'm in an office/knowledge work job, and all my hobbies are working with my hands and building/making stuff.

Ummm, I don't think it's coincidence I'm good at printing in an industrial printing press - while my schooling and passion is photography. The printing press is highly physical at times, whereas my passion is waiting around with a skilled eye looking (and learning) upon what I love (chill)...... I think that fits what you ask.

Yes, I would say my hobbies are very unrelated to my job. I do programming for work but I like to do art/music stuff and foreign language practice as my hobbies. I used to do programming as a hobby, but it's tough to do for fun when you do it all day already. After a while it kind of melts your brain.
