I would not class the first two as hobbies but as social skills.
I am not familiar with the abbreviation "E * E".
The other two though... Do you have some special definition for them? I see them as essential skills in situations that may be hobby or leisure related: visiting unfamiliar towns for cultural reasons, walking or cycling for pleasure in the countryside, etc.
In which case, yes: I have done a lot of walking over the years, using maps and the landscape itself to guide me, and sometimes visited towns and cities new to me.
