How do you become inspired?

So, I usually take inspiration from nature when it comes to writing or my art.... but since the parks are closed and I am stuck staring at fields... I have come up with nothing, my inspiration streak has become blah lately.. I want to go back to writing though...

My writing inspirations (for my books) usually just come from and idea I have or based of what I'm most passionate and yet also most knowledgeable about. Only poems come to me when I have a love interest. And my painting, most of the time I just think of some cool thing and Google pictures and try to get ideas
