Actually, you have not only made a valid point, but hit on a solution to an issue. In many countries where an animal if a pest, they government issues a "bounty" for killing and reducing the population. God knows there are way too many people we we do indeed infest this planet. So applying the bounty notion to people has some merit. Maybe we could ask for suggestions as to which categories of people should be culled?
