is it possible to become funny?

is it possible to become funny and learn how to create your own jokes? i think everyone just likes funny people. I feel like im competing with people for friendship and the funny ones always get friends.

You gotta let go of all the seriousness to be funny, for example to be funny you need to be insulting honest otherwise you’re not funny
