Any Elk hunters?

Elk tags are difficult to obtain and learning as you go is problematic. Hiring a guide who has knowledge of the game, its whereabouts, and the equipment to help get the animal out and processed is the quickest way to learn and still be successful on your hunt. Elk are huge animals. You don't drag them out like a deer. A mature bull will go 800 lbs.
