Any shooters know decent grips for smaller pistols?

My instructor keeps repeating thumbs forward, 2 hands. Little nervous here 馃槚

Buy a snap cap ( or 6 if using a revolver ) and practice . Laser caps help show you if your trigger pull is off. What gun are you using ?

@TexChik My shield. I just have bigger hands so when I stretch my support hand my fingers get anxiously close to that 3 inch barrel

@Powderflask I have a Kimber ultra carry .45. Beautiful gun , fits my hands perfectly ... 3 inch barrel . Problem was if I fired it at night , the muzzle flash was huge and temporarily blinded me . I went to a medium size gun ( G23) and the problem was solved . You need a bit larger framed weapon . Or see if they make a mag extension to fill the bottom of your hand and make you feel more comfortable gripping it .

@TexChik I completely agree on the trigger pull part but I don't have a laser cap. I just use a regular snap cap and my crimson trace

@Powderflask that works ...馃槈

@TexChik that was pointed out. The instructor did respectfully ask why I bought a smaller gun given my size.

@Powderflask well? Trade that thing in for one more size appropriate for your hands
