What to mix whiskey with?
I only have water,(no) grape juice, apple juice, mango juice. and pineapple juice.

Well if you have a good to shelf whiskey, preferably a straight bourbon or Anjo put it in the freezer and get it ice cold. Do 3-6 shots chased with the drink of your choice and put the bottle away. You will get a really nicely buzz and NOT stupid drunk and won't end up with a hangover.
